The company’s lead product TOL101, is a therapeutic
monoclonal antibody which has demonstrated positive results
in Phase I and Phase II trials as a safe and effective therapy
for treating episodes of rejection or as a means of preventing
rejection (induction therapy) in kidney, and other solid organ
transplants.
The company plans to first commercialize TOL101 as a safe
and effective treatment for rejection in solid organ transplant
and ultimately as a preventative therapeutic to induce tolerance
of new organs and tissue. |
